Warm up:
2 rounds of:
200m Row
200m Run
10 Push ups
10 Squats
5 Pull ups

WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
1 Power Clean (205 lb./125 lb.)
10 Wallballs
20 Double-unders

Rest 10 minutes, then complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
2 Muscle ups
10 Box jumps
200m Run

    Today was really encouraging. I was able to move consistently through both workouts and due to my inconsistency over the past six months this hasn’t happened in a long time. Hopefully this is the norm moving forward if work will cooperate.

    WOD 1: 6 rds + 3 reps rx
    WOD 2: 5 rds + 1 rep rx

    WOD 1: 105 lbs PC did singles… 7 rds plus 1 PC

    WOD 2: 5 Rds with 4 sec over the 10 min!!!!! RX

    Like the variety on this one.

    B. 3 rds + 10 BJ

    (cracked my big toe last night so the BJ and running were a little painful)

    We did a version of this on Saturday – it is really a fun WOD
    a. 6 rounds + 10 WB+ 10 DU (just did WB #20 and DU, no MU)
    b. 3 rds+10 GHD+12 Box jumps (10 GHD, 12 Box jumps, 200m Run)
