Dmitry Klokov is a Russian lifter who competes in the 94kg class. He is wicked strong and has taken an interest in some of the CrossFit complexes….here he is doing 155kg (340 lb.) thrusters….to give you some perspective, he won the 2011 European championship with a clean and jerk of 232kg (510 lb.). So this thruster is about 67% of his winning clean and jerk.

Easy right? If there is any doubt of his strength, try playing around with these moves, that Dmitry and his training partner do for fun:
