Warm up:
2 rounds of:
200m Row
200m Run
10 Push ups
10 Squats
5 Pull ups

WOD:
Pull-up/Push-up ladder

First minute, complete 1 pull-up and 1 push up. Second minute, complete 2 pull-ups and 2 push ups. Continue until you cannot complete the prescribed pull-ups/push ups within that minute.

    205/135 BS & 135/95 S2OH

    30 back squats @ 135#
    500 mm ROW
    39 shoulder to overhead @ 95#
    500 mm ROW

    13 rounds plus 18 push ups…. Love this WOD

    13 rounds and failed at 8 pushups then to round 15 pushups.
    Did all as hand release pushups.

    14 rds then continued push ups through 17 rounds. Did not attempt any reps of 18.
