CrossFit Seven NEW class schedule, beginning Tuesday, September 3:

Monday classes:
5:15am*, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, Noon, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Tuesday classes:
6am, (7am – 9am is Open Gym), 9am, 4:15pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Wednesday classes:
5:15am*, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, Noon, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Thursday classes:
6am, (7am – 9am is Open Gym), 9am, 4:15pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Friday classes:
5:15am*, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, Noon, 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5pm

Saturday class:
9am, 9:30am(MOBILITY), 10am – 11:15am is Open Gym

Sunday class:
1pm (beginning September 8)

NOTES:
There will be a special Labor Day schedule for Monday, September 2; the Monday schedule listed above starts September 9.

*The 5:15am class is open to experienced CrossFitters only – in order to attend, you must have prior approval from Ryan Shupe. Please see Ryan if you are interested in attending this class.
