3 Power Snatches (115 lb./85 lb.)
15 Air Squats

1 Rope Climb (legless)

“Kendrick Farris does Isabel”, CrossFit

At the CrossFit Games, Kendrick Farris, US Olympian in Weightlifting, does Isabel, 30 snatches at 135 lb. for time. Keep in mind, Kendrick’s best snatch in competition is 160kg (352 lbs.), so Isabel should be easy for him right?

Isabel is a totally different pathway than he’s used to. Great effort on his first Isabel ever! One advantage he has over most CrossFitters is he does not experience the breakdown in technique due to fatigue like most of us do, and that consistency is what makes him an Olympian.
