1. There is “NO” Saturday classs (competition only).
2. All participants must register with Ryan Shupe by THURSDAY (there will be a sign up sheet).
3. There will be a scaled division and RX’D division (masters will compete with RX’d at adjusted weight)
4. Doors will open on Saturday at 8:30 am. A meeting will take place at 9:15 to discuss the rules of the competition and the competition will begin promptly at 9:30.


Workout #1. 10 minutes to find your max Clean and Jerk, your 2 best lifts will count. During the 10 minutes at any point in time you may perform burpees equalling 1 pound per burpee to add to your score.

15 minutes Rest.

Workout #2. 10minute time cap. Complete 50 thrusters 95/65 50 toes to bar
Scaled weight: 65/45

15 minutes Rest.

Workout #3. Farmers carry 53/35 (no running) for distance. At the moment you set down your kettle bells you may handstand walk to add your distance

15 minutes Rest.

Workout #4. 5minute AMRAP 2 wall climbs (over the back wall out side) 25 double unders


There will be a social Saturday night to celebrate! We will meet at Yucatan Taco Stand (909 W Magnolia Ave #10 Fort Worth, TX 76104) at 6:30 pm. We will head over to Live Oak to sit on the patio (upstairs) around 8 pm or so. See you there!

    As I read over the workouts I can’t help but be jealous. I wish I could be there with you guys! I hope Curtis can do his DUs unbroken. It’d be a shame to break them up especially if a girl beats him because of it.

    You can’t heckle from a thousand miles away. But yes, both Kelly and Shupe did manage to beat me on double unders Saturday.
