Finished this workout in 29:20. For me, this was a breakthrough. Angie, thanks for the encouragement and wallball demonstration… it really helped my form. Ryan, you run a great box and Amy, Curtis – I appreciate your help and encouragement as well!
Been doing leanfit since I joined in February ’13 and am feeling some tremendous results! At 55, I am continually motivated by what I see on the floor – thanks to you all for being an inspiration to me.     Total beating, especially after yesterday’s fiasco. Could feel fatigue in shoulders on 3rd of MU. Called an audible and bailed to 2/1 c2ring pull-ups mid 3rd rd.

    34:27…..seated rope climbs were a challenge.
