Men, add 10 lb. each lift, every 90 seconds
Women, add 5 lb. each lift, every 90 seconds

WOD:
2 rounds for time of:

30 seconds max effort Airdyne
25 Wallballs (unbroken)
800m Run

Rest 2 minutes between rounds
