Why do I have no energy on Paleo?, Paleo Diet Lifestyle

I wish I had read this article six months ago! Being a “Paleo-eater” is hard work, and I ran out of gas most every day. I couldn’t figure it out because after tracking my food, I discovered I was eating close to 4,000 calories every day, and I was HUNGRY, all the time. Why? For just about every reason mentioned in the article, mostly from not getting enough carbohydrates (shocker, right?? 🙂 ).

Dieting is tricky because there is all kinds of advice on what to eat, what not to eat, intermittent fasting, carb back loading, Zone, Paleo, etc. It can be overwhelming, and often what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another.
