Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Finished at 225 on split jerk

    4 rds- 18:03 ( think my splits were 3:43/4:20/5:00/5:00)

    In any case, that was my first encounter with Barbara.

    SJ 75 to 95 & switched sides on split .
    WOD only could get in 3 rds at noon.
    4:28, 4:36, 4:45
    Loved this WOD wished I had time for 4th rd!

    I think i did this once in the interim, but two times ago was in March of 2009, and I did the first 4 rounds in 22:14, i’m miles ahead of my shape back this which is pretty cool to see!
