10 Push ups
10 Squats
5 Pull ups

Strength:
7×2 Overhead squat

WOD:
20 minutes of work:

Even minutes, complete 5 Pull-ups and 3 Power cleans (135 lb./95 lb.)
Odd minutes, complete 12 Wallballs
