WOD:

5 rounds for time, each round must be completed in a different order:

10 Toes to bar
10 Kettlebell swings (53 lb./35 lb.)
10 Shoulder to overhead (135 lb./95 lb.)
10 Deadlifts (135 lb./95 lb.)
400m Run
(2 minutes rest between rounds)
