Work to a heavy snatch

WOD:
Reps 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of:
Handstand push ups
Toes to bar
(every time you break, do 5 squats)

    Spent time on the jerk blocks and only got up to 185# today, but lifted that weight a ton. Hopefully that translates!

    WOD: 9:14 – no broken sets

    This was really rough on the shoulders!
