I saw this video last week of Valentin Hristov, and he is CRAZY FAST. Watch for SPEED THROUGH THE MIDDLE. On both the clean and the jerk, Hristov pulls his body DOWN under the barbell. He doesn’t pull the bar up with his arms in the clean or push the bar up with his arms in the jerk – in both cases, he pulls his body DOWN under the barbell.
If you blink, you’ll miss it.

Then a stomach thing and the workout didn’t mix. Made it halfway and had to quit.

Emom good stuff. Pull ups more likely done than the c2b. Technique need improvement.
About that video….the guy is 19 and weighs 123#. He actually hit 178 kg after making this lift- which is NUTS. The 178 kg was a new world record.
