30 Toes to bar

30 Burpees
10 Power snatches (95 lb./65 lb.)
30 Box jumps

    Pretty sure he meant 145…

    SC: 185, felt good today, number 1 cue, be patient with the second pull!

    WOD: 7:50 (though Lynn might argue I’m closer to 8 min)
