    Definitely got stomped by everyone today. The ring dips are not my forte and slowed me down a bunch!

    Thruster: 235#
    Clean Deadlift: 305#
    WOD: 13:40 rxed

    Did this workout Friday morning….

    Thruster: 225#
    Clean Pull/deadlift: 295-315#

    WOD:10:03. Seems this workout touched on some of my strengths.
