Strength:
Work to a heavy Push Press in 8 lifts then complete every minute on the minute for 6 minutes:
8 Shoulder to overhead (135 lb./95 lb.)

WOD:
10 minute time cap:
Complete as many wall balls as possible while doing 5 deadlifts every minute on the minute (225 lb./165 lb.)

    Push press 195 or 205#. Don’t remember now, it was so long ago

    Then 85 wall balls.

    Did handstands instead of push presses.
    Finished with 151 wallballs.
