Ladder of fun:

1st minute, do 1 Power snatch (75 lb./45 lb.) and 1 Toes to bar
2nd minute, do 2 Power snatches (75 lb./45 lb.) and 2 Toes to bar
3rd minute, do 3 Power snatches (75 lb./45 lb.) and 3 Toes to bar

Continue climbing the ladder until you do not complete the prescribed reps within that minute. When you time out and do not complete that minute’s reps, you start over with a new ladder of:

1st minute, do 1 Kettlebell swing (53 lb./26 lb.) and 1 Box jump
2nd minute, do 2 Kettlebell swings (53 lb./26 lb.) and 2 Box jumps

Continue until you do not complete the prescribed reps within the minute.
