    Really tough workout today. The combination of the week’s workouts really made the strict pull-ups difficult!

    Power Clean: 245#
    WOD: 6 Rounds + 31 reps

    PC: Did sets of 2- worked up to 245
    WOD: 5 rds + 30

    What Josh said- those strict pullups were rough.
