Even minutes: 10 Pull-ups
Odd minutes: 5 Push presses (135 lb./95 lb.)

2nd 10 minutes, complete:
Even minutes: 15 Push-ups
Odd minutes: 5 Power cleans (185 lb./125 lb.)

3rd 10 minutes, complete:
Even minutes: 30 second Handstand hold
Odd minutes: 5 Deadlifts (225 lb./155 lb.)

    This workout…..hurt. I liked it, but wish I was in better shape so I could’ve attacked those cleans better. I ended up lowering the weight after the 3rd round at 185.

    A little sore 2 days later from this WOD. All but push ups UB.
