5 sets, increasing in weight, start at 70% 1RM: 1 clean + 2 front squats + 1 jerk

20 minutes of work of:

Even minutes, complete: 1 Power clean 135/95 + 3 push presses + 5 bent over rows
Odd minutes, complete 10 Burpees

    My jerk is really bad. Hopefully I can work on it before Simmons ever sees. Went up to #225, though I failed on the jerk portion.

    That 20 minutes is tough. 100 burpees is not my idea of a good time.
