1 Power clean + 1 Push jerk @ 85% 1RM of single clean

    Up to 155# on Snatch/Hang-Snatch

    205# on Clean and Push Jerk

    Then did 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 bar burpees with 10 wall balls between every set. Just under 14:00.

    Now…..pain. But it’s a good kind of pain, ya know?
