    1. WOD – 22:20; Rows all at sub 1:35/500m pace. V-ups unbroken first 2 rds, then 8+7 on last 2 rds. Legs felt dead on the runs.

    2. Snatch
    A. work up to a heavy Muscle Snatch – 155 (PR)
    B. work up to a heavy Snatch Balance – 235 (PR)
    C. work up to a heavy Power Snatch – 215 (tied PR)

    3. Clean Complex
    work up to a heavy unbroken set of:
    Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean (above knees) + Low Hang Squat Clean (below knees) – 225
