WOD: 26:40 (subbed 3 inside climbs for 2 outside on a soaking wet rope, so I’d call it rxed)

28:33 using 95 on snatch. I am out of practice on rope climbs and those really waxed me.

Done with 10 C2B instead of rope climbs.
Weight was never an issue. The runs were definitely the limiter. Would like to see this one heavier next time… maybe 155 PS and 225 DL?

    Supplemental:

    Strict Press 5×1: 175 (PR)
Strict press is an incredibly weak lift for me…

    3 rds (not for time)
    10 Hip & Back Extensions
    20 GHD Situps
    30 Back Extensions
    40 Abmat Situps
