The lift is broken down piece by piece, and you will learn how to feel what the correct position is, how to see it in others, and how to correct it. There’s a lot of work done with PVC pipe and very light weight.

Day 2 covers the front squat and clean and jerk. Day 2 has more lifting in it because everything you need to know on clean and jerk, you already learned with snatch positions. That’s the beauty of the course: you will see that each position and movement carries over to the other, and they aren’t as independent of each other as you might think.

oly courseI love this course because everyone that attends sees immediate improvement of their lifts just by changing and cleaning up their positions. It’s also really fun to see when each person has their “ah-ha” moment and everything clicks – that is my absolute favorite part!
