The 2014 USA Weightlifting National Youth Championships were this past weekend, and these kids put on a lifting clinic. CJ Cummings (below, 14-15 yr old group) set 3 new American records in snatch (118 kg/259 lb.), clean and jerk (146 kg/321 lb.), and total (264kg/580 lb) – but the kicker is, they were records not only for the 14-15 group, but for ALL age groups. This kid outlifted everyone. And, he’s only 14.
