    This was tougher than it looks. Started out with around 90 seconds rest and that slowly dwindled to 30 at the end. My splits were roughly:
    2:30
    2:50
    2:55
    3:10
    3:30

    While I hate running because I suck at it, it’s been good to really make myself do this more lately. Feels like I’m getting a tad better.
