    200lbs clean. Worked on technique.

    25:26 @185lbs.

    It sounds I missed drama between the little people this morning. I think it started over the step stool to reach the bar!

    Power Clean – 205#
    WOD – no air dyne at home so just did 155# and burpees. Technical difficulty on the clock but each round was under 60 seconds.

    Did this one a day late:

    Power Clean: 255#

    WOD: 25:51 (13:51 of work) @ 205# <–this one was HARD!!
