Timing in weightlifitng: you don’t lift weight by pulling the bar up with your arms. You jump the weight up and pull your body DOWN under the barbell.

    did this one on 6/4/14, definitely low on sleep as I felt like I was going to fall asleep the whole time, and I think my time reflects that – 28:55
