5 Hang cleans (bar)

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, complete:
3 Hang power sntaches (135 lb./95 lb.)
5 Toes to bar

Rest 2 minutes, then complete every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
5 Power cleans (135 lb./95 lb.)
5 Burpees over the bar

This video has been passed around, and when I finally watched it, I was AMAZED. I’m not big into ballet, but what these dancers are able to do is pretty incredible – it’s like Cirque du Solei meets Swan Lake.

Watch at the end where the ballerina stands on her tip-toe on top of the guy’s head. I asked one of my friends who is a ballerina just how hard that would be to do; her response, “When you stand en pointe, you have a 1″x2″ square to stand on, and she’s doing it on top of his head.”

    I did this with 95# and it still kicked me in the tail. In fact, the last few rounds I dropped a rep from 5 to 4.
