As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
30 Overhead squats (115 lb./75 lb.)

Strength cycle notes:
a. Hang snatch + Full snatch, 4×2+2 – you will do 4 total sets. A set is two hang snatches followed by two full snatches; repeat for a total of 4 sets. All 4 sets will be between 75%-80% of your 1RM on snatch. Rest about two minutes between sets.
b. Remember in both hang snatch and full snatch, you will squat ALL reps (no power snatching).
