Strength cycle notes:
a. Hang (squat) clean + Front Squat + Jerk, 5×1+2+1 @ 80% 1RM of clean: You will complete five sets of work: 1 Hang clean (squat), 2 front squats and one jerk (split jerk). Repeat for a total of five sets, and all sets will be done at 80% of your 1RM clean. Work up to your 80% weight, and once you get there, begin your five sets. Rest about 2-3 minutes between sets.
b. You will do three squats every set (one on the hang clean and two on the front squat). Warm up your hips and lower back!
