7 rounds, as fast as possible of:
250m Row
8 Burpees
8 Toes to bar
Rest 2 minutes

    This was an interesting sprint/rest workout
    WOD: 24:21, hovered between 1:30 and 1:50 each round

    T2B weakness. Must work more.

    Row and Burpees were good. 24:48 I think.
