    Strength: 230

    WOD: 295 Deadlift / 225 Bench Press @ 205 bodyweight.

    3x800m: 3:29, 3:16, 3:15.
    Didn’t know how these would go, so the first lap was a tad conservative. My goal is to bring these splits down to sub 3:00 consistently.
