Teams of 2, 1 person working at a time:

Round 1, 3 minutes to complete:
1 Muscle up (sub 1 Bar MU or 2 Pull-ups)
1 Power clean (165 lb./115 lb.)
1 Handstand push-up
1 Box jump

Round 2, 3 minutes to complete:
2 Muscle ups (sub 2 Bar MU or 4 Pull-ups)
2 Power cleans (165 lb./115 lb.)
2 Handstand push-ups
2 Box jumps

Round 3, 3 minutes to complete:
3 Muscle ups (sub 3 Bar MU or 6 Pull-ups)
3 Power cleans (165 lb./115 lb.)
3 Handstand push-ups
3 Box jumps

Every 3 minutes, the round increases by one rep. The goal is to go as long as possible.
