    WOD: 23:24 rx, super slow, push-ups killed me. And you know. Workout killed you when you stop at a stop sign on the way home and wait for it to turn green.

    Ohhhhh I just understood. Please next time out a dang comma and the correct punctuation so that we can all understand!! Or maybe it was a work out like when u forget to put a comma in a sentence and it makes no sense whatsoever.

    WOD: 17:58, could of done it 2 minutes faster but had to use the bathroom.
