5 Hang cleans (bar)
5 Presses (bar)

Strength:
2 Snatch pulls + 1 Snatch, 3 sets at @65-70% 1RM snatch

(On the snatch pulls, watch the video and pay close attention to how he keeps the bar close to the body. Your hips should shrug vertically (not horizontally and kick the bar away from the body). The single snatch rep is a full snatch with a squat.)

WOD:

15 Deadlifts (185 lb./125 lb.)
