    Okay I’m a little confused, front rack is with the bells? Also are the last two DU’s supposed to be 20 and 10 to continue the pattern?

    Each Friday, the strength has been front squat 6×2 @ 80%, so i think it is the same.

    Front squats 235-245

    Wod: OMG. Wow!! I’m wod drunk. This thing is a beast. Since I am no good at DUs I think it affected my time but in truth it’s still a monster. My time: 48:00 RX weight. Those front rack carries whew……

    Agreed. Front rack was the worst. 35min with c2b instead of mu and 2 rope climbs. I liked it though. Very fun!!
