Strength:
Clean pull + clean + front squat + push jerk + split jerk (4 attempts with heavy weight)

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
1 Front lever
2 Bench presses (body weight)
4 Weighted box jumps (20 lb./10 lb. in each hand)
6 Toes to bar
30ft Handstand walk (sub: 30 sec handstand hold)
150m Run
