Strength:
Close grip snatch 6×2

WOD:
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, complete:
2 Deadlifts (255 lb./185 lb.)
2 Box jumps (30″/24″)

Rest 5 minutes, then complete:
60 Toes to bar: every time you break, complete 25ft hand stand walk (sub: 2 wall walks or 30 second hand stand hold)

    Close Grip Full Snatches: 155×4/165×1/175×1(f)

    Scaled up deadlift weight to 315#

    WOD: 6:53 – rx with hand stand walks

    the wod got really rough, and my grip was about shot on my last 7 or so T2B
