Warm up:
2 rounds of:
200m Row
200m Run
10 Push-ups
5 Pull-ups
5 Squats
5 Hang cleans (bar)
5 Presses (bar)

Strengh:
Max Back squat

WOD:
Everything is unbroken. Begin with:
1 Power clean (135 lb./95 lb.)
1 Pull-up
1 Wall ball

Rest 1 minute and then increase in reps to 2-2-2, then 3-3-3….. go as long as you can without breaking

    SC: 335# (didn’t max out, hip flexor has being feeling funny lately)

    WOD: did 10 touch and go power cleans and had no grip for the pullups
