1st minute: 1 Deadlift (135 lb./75 lb.)
2nd minute: 20 single jump ropes
3rd minute: 1 Pull-up
4th minute: 1 Box jump (24″/20″)

Increase one rep each round (DU increase by 5 reps). Continue through rounds until you are not able to complete the prescribed reps within the minute. Post completed rounds to comments.
