10 Push-ups
5 Pull-ups
5 Squats
5 Hang cleans (bar)
5 Presses (bar)

Strength:
Jerk 4×3, @80-85%

WOD:
Deadlift and Handstand push-up ladder:

Every minute on minute, perform 1 Deadlift starting at (225 lb./155 lb.), increasing 10lb each minute + 3 HSPU

Continue until you do not complete the required reps within that minute. Post loads and completed rounds to comments.
