Strength:
Work to heavy: 1 Clean + 1 Front squat + 1 Jerk

WOD:
3 rounds, 1 minute max reps then 1 min rest:
Kettlebell swings (53 lb./35 lb.)
Sit-ups
Burpees
Box jumps

    Do you do 1 min kb swings, then rest 1 minute, 1 minute sit-ups then rest 1 min, and so on…or 1 min kb, swings, then 1 min sit-ups, etc, and rest 1 min before starting round 2?
