8 Toes to bar
28 Double-unders

    Couldn’t make it in today so did
    200 burpees. 18:43

    3 position clean – 185#

    WOD – 9rds + 2 snatches (50 burpees in 4:02). Stuck to a 1:20/rd pace throughout.

    KBS: 300 this weekend + 300 today (3200 total for the month)
