Samson stretch
Walking toe touches
10 Burpees
5 Hang cleans (bar)
10 Thrusters (bar)

WOD:
Tabata
Double-unders
Toes to bar
Wall walks
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups

Each exercise features 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. There is no rest between exercises. Post total reps to comments.
