75 Air squats
50 Box jumps (20inches)
25 Clean & Jerks (95 lb./65 lb.)

    Running late and missed the SC

    WOD: 23:30

    This was really fun. The workout forced me to keep my heart rate low, which yielded dividends in the third round for a guy who had food poisoning last week! Was able to do all the squats and stepups unbroken
