Strength:
Front squat, EMOM for 10 minutes: 2 reps @ 75%

WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Thrusters (115 lb./75 lb.)
5 Bar over burpees
20 Double-unders

    Did LeanFit as a warmup (not for time).

    Front squat EMOM – 190# Legs felt heavy today, kept it light.

    WOD: 15 rounds + 4 reps
    (3 rounds + 1 rep; 3 rounds; 3 rounds; 3 rounds + 2 reps; 3 rounds + 1 rep)
