Strength:
5×5 Close grip bench press

WOD:
Every minute on the minute (EMOM) 5 minutes, do: 5 Power snatches (135 lb./95 lb.)
Rest 3 minutes, then 7 minute EMOM: 3 Power cleans (185 lb./125 lb.)
Rest 3 minutes, then 5 minute EMOM: 5 Deadlifts (225 lb./155 lb.) + 10 push-ups
