    Strength: 255# back squats

    WOD: made it through 13 minutes RX. Had to scale the strict press down to push press/push jerk at minute 14. Used 365# on deadlift. Had fun doing this one with a stronger guy like Kercho.

    Scaled down and kept going for a total of 30 minutes with a 5 minute 3 ring muscle-up EMOM to finish it off. Did 9 ring muscle-ups on the last minute.
